App**** online for a Cellphone contract. It states on the website, as well as the e-mail received that we will be contacted in 24 - 48 hours. One week later still no response. After calling them, and waiting online with the automated system for 40 minutes, no response. It is now another 4 days later, and still no response from Telkom Mobile. Then they wonder why they have such a bad reputation!!
