Telkom Mobile extremely poor

Worst provider I've ever dealt with. Paid up an account which they listed me on ITC WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. Different info from every consultant I have spoken to regarding it. Paid up letter requested 3 times that should be received within 10 working days. It's already 13 working days and no-one can assist Customer service is non-existent and some consultants are unfit. I won't recommend them to anyone...
