Telkom mobile east rand mall is a joke

Upon arriving at telkom mobile the first time, the staff were to say the least, unwelcome. Their attitudes displayed that they would much rather be doing anything other than helping customers. I was told that in order to start a mobile contract with them I would need the help of the person who was going to be the account holder, they were dismissive and rude. My second visit to the store, I took my father ( the account holder) with me. He wanted to upgrade his wifi and I wanted a new contract. The guy (Thulani) who usually assists us was out of office and a lady helped us with the transaction. She informed me that for a little more a month I could receive the Samsung 8+ that also came with a free wireless charger. We agreed and signed all the paper work. When she handed me the phone, she informed both my father and I that the charger was out of stock and that they will let us know when the stock has arrived. We went back two week later and they were still out of stock. We went a month later, same story. Out of stock with the promise to call us as soon as the stock came in. My dad's assistant tried once after that and still no stock, you can imagine how tiresome this became. Today she went in again and this time round the story had changed, we were informed that the package we had signed months ago was no more and that we had apparently signed a cheaper package that no longer included the charger and suddenly the last person who helped me originally was not to be found or could not step up and come forward. You can understand why this leaves us livid and finding this unacceptable. How can a charger entitled to us for months, that has been out of stock for months now suddenly not be entitled to us anymore when the stock eventually has arrived. I find the behaviour of this shop and its staff appalling ,How can telkom who claims to care about it's customers allow such disgusting behaviour. Needless to say we will not be leaving this matter here.
