Telkom communication is very bad you will not get hold of them at all times, I called them in March to change my debit date but i was told the agent will call me which they never did.so every month they will debit me extra R200 on my existing debit order last week the debited me on the 02nd July 2024 and my account is locked i can not make calls or use my data i called again on Monday i was told the it will be unlocked to my surprise even today i am still blocked for my own line wow. Was debited for nothing becaused my line is still blocked
