Telkom mobile - Dont go there

<p>I signed up on Friday 24th and was assured that the phone would be delivered in 5 working days. The money was deducted from my account and almost three days later, I still sit with no phone. Tried calling Telkom. First time was given a tracking number. Called the courier company and they nothing about it. Then tried to call back. First attempt, waited 15 minutes listening to music. Second attempt, waited 50 minutes. Third attempt, was told, the sales department would call me back. Fourth attempt, the operator promised to call me back within an hour. Here I sit. No reponse, no phone and R599 out of pocket. Can anyone from Telkom respond and assure me I will be refunded? I really dont want to go any further with Telkom mobile.</p>
