Telkom mobile don't give what they promise

i have a friend who by my recommendation took out a contract thru Telkom mobile the unlimited SIM card plan. On there map is shows network but if u go to his house there is no network, we spent months trying to cancel and the only way was to have there technicians confirm this which they did come out and they confirmed that there is not signal and it may take 2 years before there will be in this area. Telkom mobile eventually canceled the contract but Havnt given any refund for the 6 months they have been charging him, which comes to about 6000 th rand . So Telkom mobile know there is no signal now but don't care about happens to this persons money . I also recently expreinced bad serivice from them and it took 7 months to get a credit when they were illalgally taking money from my account , I am still waiting to see the credit on my invoice which was promised , so two personal situation and major agrivation , once u sign u are there's ?
