Telkom Mobile doesnt care about people from remote areas

Telkom are nothing but **** artists im sorry!! I lost more than R300 in this past 5 months due to data expiring because of their network issues.. Last month I had to use a Vodacom simcard,forfeit about 3GB of data and bare in mind im unemployed and when I made a query this morning a consultant by the name of tandeka told me I should rather buy All Net data meanwhile on their records they could clearly see the data I had to forfeit and knowing our economic landscape I found that very inconsiderate and only focusing on making profits than ensuring that people receive the services they paid for!!!

My whole neighborhood had to change to other networks because of this and I must say im totally dissapointed and gutted because to me it seems as if in order for a person to receive better services they have to be the from the upper class community
