TELKOM MOBILE does not deplete ALL carried over data first before using current data

Where multiple 'types of data' exists on one package, ALL CARRIED OVER MOBILE DATA is NOT depleted first before using current data. eg. the 60Gb/60Gb package has SMART-BROADBAND and LTE/LTE-A data BUT the carried over data AND current data of Smartbroadband gets used up before starting to deplete the carry over of the LTE data, which is incorrect. ICASA ... please help.
