Telkom mobile does not care about it's customers
For months now I have been complaining about the mobile service, and Telkom has done nothing to help me. When I connect to their help chat, they ignore me, when I call them, they disconnect me. When I complain on HelloPeter, they put some generic copy and paste trash and NEVER FOLLOW UP. I am paying for a service that I am not getting, and Telkom is doing nothing to rectify the situation. This is beyond upsetting now.
