telkom mobile disaster

<p>I have been offline for 48 hours now only being able to make emergency calls. I log a call this morning and go through all the checks and then I am told it is my sim card. Funny my sim card works on another phone and I am still getting whatsap messages to this sim through my WiFi. also no problem with my phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Next I am told telkom is doing and upgrade so maybe that is the problem. Really? so now I must just sit and wait for your upgrade to be finished and hope that works? so if I have an emergency I can't call anyone? next question</p> <p>..when does my contract come to an end cause I have had endless problems with telkom mobile... the feedback... sorry I can't check cause of the upgrade! what the hec**** this is rediculous but yet I must still pay my monthly fee but I haven't had access to your service for the full month! enough already!!!</p>
