Telkom Mobile disappointment

So disappointed with the service from Telkom Mobile. I ordered an update online as I thought this would be the most seamless process. Waited a month for my iPhone, it just arrived and it's the wrong phone. Now I have to wait for someone to get back to me to sort it out, cannot even go into a store to change it.
