Telkom Mobile Direct Mall of Africa - SHOCKING

I am appalled by the service received from Telkom Mall of Africa and Telkom Mobile in its entirety. After completing the application in store and being informed that the specific device is currently out of stock, I agreed in waiting to be notified when the device arrives. I visited the store personally in March (yet apparently still waiting for the device). I now managed to speak to an actual person and not a self-help line, whom informed me that my order has been cancelled on the 2nd of April 2024? If I had not called and followed up, there would not have been any indication of my contract being cancelled and I would still be under the impression that my phone can arrive at any given moment.

Truly shocked - Now I will have to repeat the ENTIRE process and hope for the best.
