Telkom Mobile dipping signal

Telkom mobile is currently experiencing problems with dipping signal in the Waterfall Kzn area. I have tried to log this complaint somewhere but I can't find any user friendly features. This has been going on for 2weeks now. Jumping between full signal and no signal. I use this number for work especially after hour breakdowns and I cannot operate with dipping signal. They have 1 day to get back to me and resolve or we changing service providers.
