Telkom Mobile deposit not refunded

<p>I took an iPad Mini telkom mobile contract in february 2014. I was advised to pay a deposit of R2511 since my work permit had an expiration date which was 9 months prior to the contract expiry date. I paid the deposit and was advised I will be refunded when the contract ends. I continued paying my monthly subscriptions for the whole two year contract. I cancelled my contract this year in March and up to today I have not received my deposit back. I have called them on numeral times and they have been opening up to three cases and i only got a refund of R369.71. Nothing was explained as to why I m not getting a refund of R2511 i had requested. Two times now the cases had to be closed and they then open new ones on the same issue prolonging the resolution period by another 7-14 working days.</p>
