Telkom mobile....Delaying of my delivery !

<p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; line-height: 25.296875px; background-color: #ffffff;">I ordered my phone through the telkom Iandline and i was told that my phone will be delivered after the delivery fee was taken BT I'm still waiting for it even today and there are not even calling to inform me about the delayed deliveries.I tried Telkom’s online our facility.....bt No response after an hour and we are phoning with money.Now that money was taken out of my account you don't give a damn about me now,you are buzy collecting money from others.Your service is poor and 24 months with you guys will be hell.How will I be able to communicate with you guys when I'm having problems.</span></p>
