Telkom Mobile deactivated my sim

<p>I had a a freeme deal contract with telkom mobile, i cancelled the deal and deactivated my sim and now can't make or receive calls. i was told my ticket will be resolver after 2 weeks and was given an alternative sim. i'm using my sim for business purpose and right i'm losing business.</p>
