On the telkom mobile app we get these lovely bundles under Mo'nice. You buy a nice package for a nice amount. Then when you do onto the network, your mo'nice bundle gets used up first before your normal data is used.

This weekend the opposite happen. All my normal data was used up and EVEN THOUGH I still had 1.6 GB of data on Mo'nice, It kept on telling me that I was out of data.

This is data lost to me as the bundle expired.

Telkom you owe me 1.6GB of data for *****ing this.

Please advise.
