Telkom mobile data theft

Telkom mobile have been *****ing my data. The latest one has been a few weeks ago. I loaded 5.5gig and it disappeared before I used it. This is the 3rd time this has happened with 5.5 gig. I wrote to telkom on Twitter. They asked me for more details which I supp**** but that was the end of it. The number in question is ***.
