Telkom Mobile Data Nonsense

So Telkom Mobile tell me how this works. On the 23rd April I bought 3Gig of Data for my wifi router which i never used, But it was consumed within seconds i guess. When I called to esquire I was told its not possible to buy data for contracted Wifi routers, Which I questioned how because I have been doing that. And then eventually I was told its possible and my data was loaded. The question is WHO, or WHAT consumed my data? I have no answers.

This was just the beginning, On the 1st of May, My contracted apparently 10 Gig was loaded into my router, The very same day 7Gig of data was consumed?

Now TELKOM please explain this to me WHAT or WHO consumed that, with what? I mean I did not even switch on the router for more than 4hrs?

In closing Can I please have my data? the data I never used. 3Gig + the 7Gig = 10 Gig?

Otherwise cancel your contract. This is nonsense. NXA
