Telkom mobile data horror

The TelkomSA data/non roaming data is not working outside in many places gauteng. I was in NW and gauteng yesterday and now in mpumalanga. I only connect when in gauteng.. I called them yesterday and they couldn't help me. Now in mpumalanga I bought another bundles but no connection. They don't want to refund me.. I am certain I'm not the only one with this problem I'm disappointed
