Telkom Mobile customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Bad service from Telkom Mobile I sent a Cancellation letter a Month ago then I kept following up regarding my query and a consultant told me I was done paying for my contract and they will review my letter in 21 days. Then a Month later I got an email from Telkom telling me My contract is still in maturity stage and a consultant will contact me dololo I have never recieved a call ?????????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>Funny enough I was using an iphone 5 two years back and now I want that same iphone 5 from Telkom but they now tell me I dont qualify??? </p> <p> </p> <p>Went to the store to apply for the phone and they told me they out of stock, guess what Im still waiting for the call a Month.</p>
