Telkom mobile, customer service nightmare

I'm so annoyed with Telkom mobile, my debit orders run every month on the 31st, I never made an arrangement for early debit, but they went into my bank account on the 23rd of December 2024. When I try calling their accounts department there is no option to speak to an agent, the automated machine tell me about sending an sms to my number, how do I see those smses because this line came with a router, I know with telkom when a debit order is rejected they charge a fee, I'm not gonna pay that, my debit date is the 31st of each, and it remains that way throughout the year.
