Telkom Mobile ******

Telkom mobile is ripping me off!!! They convinced me into an upgrade some time in the middle of the month, told me i would pay pro rata for the use of wifi during that month. i was shocked to see that not only did they debit my account for full amount of previous contract but also invoiced me for double the new contract amount. Talk about pro rata!!! I feel dooped. I feel taken for a ride. Just when i thought Telkom mobile was the front runner, they have now lost all my respect.
