Telkom: Mobile Contracts are a disaster with no remedy

During October 2017 i opened a contract with Telkom for one of their R 149.00 per month X 24 Months deals. The contract was / is a Top Up contract with a list certain monthly benefits.

It has been hell since then. The contract was open incorrectly, they have been unable to rectify the matter, always indicate that the matter has been rectified, but still today the matter is unresolved.

They have been billing me for extraordinary amounts which i have no clue off, and Telkom is unable to provide any answers, they simply keeping escalating the matter to no avail.

The matter remains unresolved, and i simply continue to reverse the debit orders coming through to my account. They don't even bother to call me to find out why.

Disgraceful, shameful, shocking service.
