Telkom Mobile contracts

Telkom Mobile contracts router are a ****, they highlight that it is a 24 months contract. Logic would be if the 24 months have passed the contract is automatically cancelled but not according to telkom. It is a customer responsibility to call Telkom and cancel the contract. It doesn't make sense to me because I had signed a 24 months class contract and not a 24 + months. Will definitely not ever do business with them ever again, now I have to pay for services that I did not use because of their stupid system that "doesn't pick up when a contract has ended", according to the lady I spoke to.
