Telkom Mobile Contract not cancelled

<p>We cancelled a Telkom Mobile Contract on the 9th of June 2016. It is still not cancelled as per our request a month ago.<br /><br />We called the support line, and they say there is too big of a workload at the cancellation offices to get to our request. We have to wait another week before it might be done.</p>
