For 2 years on my Telkom mobile contract I have suffered numerous dropped calls and Most of the time, my phone says searching for signal instead of actually having 1 bar at least. Finally my 2 year contract ended this month (Saver contract - only a sim was taken - no device at all). I went in store to cancel the contract from auto renewal and port my number to Vodacom, I then get told that I must give them 20 business days notice, then 1 week after that when nothing was done, I get told I must give them 30 business days notice, Now Tel****, which is it? Today (1 week and 1 day later) I get an sms saying that my number cannot be ported due to the fact that my details don't match up - Tel**** this can only be your fault!
Tel****, those 20 or 30 business days notice will be on you since I have now cancelled the debit order on YOU and have acquired a brand new number from VODACOM (The company with a SIGNAL), along with a brand new device.
You are the downfall of South Africa, don't even bother contacting me as I am utterly disgusted in you and will only tell you this over the phone. Telkom/Transnet/Anything Government owned = Total Lack Of Services (TLOS)!!!
