Telkom mobile contract

I hope the red stands fimor a very bad rating. I am so annoyed with telkom, every time I have to query with them. Their service is appalling and their customer agents are so pathetic, I'm sure telkom forgot to teach them how to lie. Telkom is *****. They don't debit in time or not take the money and all and quickly lock your sim cra, every month I have to call telkom, send Facebook message, they stop debuting so I've been been paying them myself. Not telkom taking the money again, they have extra fees that are not in contract, these are **********. I recently canceled a simcard contract I had with them, sadly cannot cancel the mobile contract. I need help
