Telkom Mobile contract cancellation

Good day

I have been trying to get my mobile contract with telkom canceled without any luck. I tried everything within my power to do so.

I used their website to have access to my profile which is where we can apply for the cancellations, nothing happened. I tried calling the customer care centre but they would redirect me to using the Telkom what's app which is useless because they don't have the contract cancellation option there. I emailed them still nothing.

Hello Peter please intervene. Maybe I will be able to successfully cancel my contract with telkom through your help.
