Telkom Mobile Contract

I took a R99 mobile data package with Telkom. I called in 2024 as I wanted to cancel the contract due to a lack of coverage in a lot of places I visit. I was then told to pay an upfront fee of R408 to cancel the contract as I was also paying for the Router. I paid and experienced a night mare after. I have been harassed, threatened to be listed on Credit Bureu. I was then listed for defaulting even though I have a proof of payment. I have been receiving notification on being listed by different companies. I had called Telkom trying to resolve this issue and even sent the proof of payment I made in 2024. This week another company was assigned to harass me. I don't know how long will this take. I am considering suing telkom for wrongful listing. Stay away from this company, I beg you.
