Telkom mobile contract

<p>In November 2014 we took out a telkom mobile contract. After our hello peter complaint we recieved our phones. On the day I were asked if I wanted a copy of my contract or I can request that a copy can be emailed to me. I have requested to be emailed but never received my copy via email. My S4 screen is cracked and need to be repaired. I went to Telkom Wonderpark Pretoria and they referred me to Samsung Kolonade Montanapark. The following day I went to Samsung. They requested a copy of my contract. I went to Telkom Kolonade but said I should go to Telkom Direct and I can find one at the shopping centre across the road. Got to the store and it was already closed.</p> <p>The following day I phoned Telkom, they said they cant assist me with a copy of my contract and I should go to a Telkom Direct store. Again the next weekend I went to Telkom Wonderpark. The sales consultant said they dont keep contracts that long and said she mailed the lady working with the contracts to mail me a copy (i didnt see a proof of any mail or saw her mail the lady while standing in front of her). My contract is still active. Now a week later and still no copy of my contract. I am now 3 weeks without my phone and travelling far to Telkom stores. How long can this take? I urgently need a copy of my contract. Very unhappy client.</p>
