Telkom Mobile Contract

<p>I upgraded my cellphone contract recently and settled for the Huawe P8 at R299. The first month i understood that there would be pro rata and fees. However, the second month had passed and i noticed that i am billed R418. The R118 i am told in another internet bundle, This is not part of the contract - i have proof of the T&Cs and the agent has still not reversed or resolved. Unacceptable to sign for one amount and pay another. If this was the case, i would have chosen another phone or service provider. </p>
