Telkom Mobile continues to walk all over me

I got a call from telkom consultant on the 29th of November telling me that my contract would be immediately terminated due to the network problems i have been having with them, and we agreed on that, only to get a call on the 2nd of December from the technical team telling that my case is still going on and the that i will still be paying my full premium even though the consultant told me that they take full responsibility for failing to deliver as per contract and my contract will be terminated!! I need help and advice guys!!! They are ripping me off and i feel powerless at this given moment!! How do i deal with such
