Telkom Mobile clearly not in need of new business

I recently decided to port my mobile number away from Cell C and decided to sign up with Telkom Mobile. It seems though that Telkom Mobile are not really interested in having me.<br> <br> Having chosen a package on their website i followed all the instructions to order the package online. When i got to the final form it freezes and wont proceed to the final confirmation page to complete the process. There is no error message provided either. I'm highly computer literate so this is not user error.<br> <br> I then called 081180 and followed all the voice prompts to eventually speak to a consultant. She made me repeat my story twice then said: \oh sorry ma'm this is the billings department i will transfer you to sales"and she then mistakenly cut the line. So i had to start again...and getting through to a consultant the second time around involved a wait too long for me to bear.<br> <br> I then filled in a form online which requests Telkom Mobile to \""Call me back\"" - an option they provide once you select the desired package. I have not heard from them in over 24hrs.<br> <br> Today i googled the number of my nearest Telkom Mobile Store (Rosebank) to ask them to help me sign up. No answer just rings.<br> <br> I give up!!"""
