Telkom Mobile cheating me out of my money

<p>I recently ported to Telkom and everything was great until when I recharged airtime my airtime would disappear this has been going on for weeks and it's an inconvinience especially when I buy airtime because I want to make calls and the airtime disappears I have called the Telkom mobile customer line countless times and they are not help full </p>
