Telkom mobile charging me R499 monthly for a cancelled contract 6 months ago

On the 15 January 2016:

I contacted the Telkom mobile operator who provided me with the cancellations department e mail address.

I had filled in the cancellation form and requested via e mail to the telkom cancellations department to terminate my contract as I have served the full 3 year contract. I have proof of this.

I was told I would receive a response within 72 hours confirming the cancellation.

After 7 days of no response, I went directly to the Brooklyn Mall Telkom Mobile store and spoke to Mbalenhle who contacted the cancellation department from the store.

According to Mbalenhle she could not end the contract in store and only via e mail which I had already did. Cancellations provided Mbalenhe with a reference no: ********** 3 which she provided to me.

Nothing had been done after 14 days

Case no: ********** 2

I have sent numerous e mails and made weekly calls for the past 6 months but no one will help with a simple cancellation. Every operator promises to refund me and get back to me but they are all ******* *********** lying staff.

The most recent operator, Leranzo Delarno Vienou (LD) accused me of renewing my contract in store. I asked him to show me the contract renewal and to prove this lie. He also promised to sort the matter out but ran away and never got back to me. He refused to let me speak to his superior. Superiors are always busy.

Telkom Mobile is literally *****ing money out of my bank account monthly without my consent.

Please be very careful when entering into contracts with Telkom Mobile.

Dissapointed customer and the matter is still unresolved to date!!!!!!!! No refund has been processed!
