TELKOM MOBILE CENTURION MALL IS SO USELESS

im a business client of Telkom for so the past 7 years.. last month i went to renew my contract, and was disgusted at the delay in renewing my contract and [providing me with a new phone. i aslo app**** to upgrade my data contract last month to a special they had. ive been at centurion mall telkom about 5 or 7 times and everytime its this or its that and so on. there seems no one who can actually help solve my issue. today i was called by telkom centurion to come collect my new phone. i canselled my meeting, and drove ther. i get there they make me sign my renewel , then they tell me they can release my new phone. i asked then to cancell all my contracts so i can go to VODACOM. i called telkom customer centre, and to my surprise i was told there is nothing they can do. but it was telkom centurion who called me this morning and asked me to collect my phone. sso now, after wasting my time, money and my day, i still cant get nowhere. how are we supposed to trust telkom mobiloe if they cant even sort out this small problem, i was at Vodacom store there at the mall, and they were more than willing to help me out with fast and honest service... what is going on with this TELKOM. they dont deserve a single cent of our money because service is so bad and stupid... i would actually encourage the people to rather go to VODACOM Telkom IS SO USELESS AND NOT WOTH A CENT OF OUR MONEY..
