Telkom Mobile Cellphone Contract

<p>Telkom Mobile is the worst company to take a mobile contract with believe me and their call centre provide the worst unproffesional service ever. I took a 24 month contract with Telkom mobile which ended september 2016 but now they dont want to cancell it and they keep on saying i send them cancellation forms of which i have send it three times to them but to no results of cancellation and on top of that they still deducting money from my account for a phone i finished payed. To make matters worse they billed me twice on august and one call centre agent promised that i will get my refund of which even today im still waiting for it. I called them and spoke to three call centre team leaders named Percy Ndlovu, Tony Venter and Tebogo Nkunyane of which all of them promised to look at the matter and help but till today they are now avoiding my emails and calls of which they gave me. Its now december and im still battling with them to cancel it and refund me. I will take this matter further with ICASA , Ombudsmen and National Consumer Commission, this is totally a ******* and i regret using their services.</p>
