Telkom Mobile Cant Get A Resolution

So further to my previous review, Telkom has now gone ahead and deactivated, not suspended all of my numbers with them. We called and recieved another reference number that was 7 days ago. to Recap - we reported the phone was ****** at a ******* at the drs rooms in Feb 20. we have a limit on the phone - they ran the account up to R9000 on sms's. We cant even make a payment arrangement and they keep debiting the account. We still pay what we would have monthly but this is not sufficient for them.
