Telkom Mobile cannot help me fix my phone?
I booked my phone into Telkom Clearwater for a repair 10 days ago and have yet to receive any information. I've called everyone, been to the Clearwater branch again, and NO ONE has helped me. I need this sorted ASAP. I don't even care if the phone is fixed, but I need this phone by Friday. No excuses. Find my phone, so we can carry on with our lives. <br> <br> My advice to anyone, don't get your phone repaired through Telkom. Go to an outside provider.
