Telkom Mobile cannot cancel a contract!!!

I am shocked at your poor service, I completed a cancellation form and submitted in September already and to date you have still not cancelled my contract!!! Over and above that you still bill me monthly for a contract that I instructed you to cancel. You network quality is absolute ******* in most part s of Joburg and I will certainly cancel my cellphone contract that I hold with you as well. I have contacted your service center multiple times and each time no one actually response the issue but big promises of call-backs! The only person that offered proper assistance was Zanele Gule but even she has stopped correspondence after multiple emails. I must be honest, if I do not get this resolved immediately I will have to take this matter down a legal route because what you are doing is *******!
