Telkom Mobile Canal Walk (Entrance 4 - Pick n Pay Entrance) Worst Telkom Store Ever

<p>I have never been as disgusted with service like this before. I ordered a Gold Huawei P9 Lite from the store 2 weeks ago. They advised me they do not have stock and I will have to wait as they expected stock the following week. The manager Rogers called me to come back in on the following Wednesday because they messed up my forms which I needed to sign.When asking if I am still getting my phone last week they said yes but when Friday came I went in to ask and they said they still waiting on stock. Rogers called me the following Tuesday telling me I must pick up my phone but they only go the Black Hauwei P9. When telling him that is not what I ordered then he told me then I must just wait for the Gold ones to be delivered and he dont know when that will be after they assured me it will come a week ago already. I went into the store today and asked to speak to the manager which turned out to be Rogers. I spoke to his consultant and asked for my forms, pay slip and bank statement back as I want to cancel the contract. They gave it back but not my original payslip which I gave to them and said this store has really bad service. After asking for it he stopped in the middle of talking to a customer and asked me arrogantly why do you say the branch have bad service, as i was about to answer him he just cut me off and told me to just wait he is busy with a customer. I then decided to go to the other Telkom Direct store situated near clicks. I was annoyed and upset and was about to cancel not only the contract I app**** for but also the Current internet contract with Telkom. When arriving at the Telkom Direct store near Clicks I was assisted by Aalia who was the most helpful staff member of any stores(Not just Telkom) Ive been to in a long time made me calm down, relax and tried to assist me with my problem. She took control of the situation and made me believe that Telkom is not as bad as the other branch makes it out to be. Her warm personality and effectivness in her job makes me only want to deal with her going forward. I do not know what her title is but she should definitly become a manager (Im sure she will be a much better manager than Rogers)because she is one of the most professional people Ive met in a long time. Aalia keep up the good work and for assisting me the way you have, and looking forward to fetching my phone . As for the other Telkom store situated at Pick n Pay ,do not waste your time going there, all they good for is lying and messing up your orders and horrible customer service , no smile, no assistance, no professionalism ,nothing . As for Telkom Direct at clicks keep up the good work . If you want 100 % customer service visit Telkom situated near clicks in Canal Walk and ask for Aalia, it is worth waiting for her to help you.</p>
