Telkom Mobile Call Centre service is Pathetic!

I've been trying to contact the Telkom Mobile Call Centre via email / chat to an agent & telephonic. I've been trying all morning since 8:30 & still didn't receive a response! I'm very disappointed with their service. I made an EFT Payment during the month of March for my outstanding Payment, & that is what I'm waiting for feedback on.
