Telkom Mobile - blatant theft

<p>I have logged a complaint against Telkom Mobile a week ago with regards to the fact that they charge me for 1GB of data, yet they only supply me with 500MB of data. Nobody is willing to respond to my complaint or to even try and rectify the problem. They just keep on taking people's money and providing them with half the service they paid for, without giving a hoot about blatantly robbing people. Unbelievable.</p>
