Telkom mobile billed R1537.99 out the Blue!!!!

<p>Telkom Mobile is such a nightmare!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a 3 months old mobile phone contract with them but today they billed me R1537.99 out of the Blue!!, while i have never missed any monthly recurring fee(R269). Tell me why???.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since i took the contract with them I have always been paying manually at the bank all because they're refusing to debit me from my account although i have been begging them for the past two months to sort the debit order problem for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Quite frankly your service sucks! and i will take back my money!</p>
