Telkom Mobile - Beyond shocking service!!!

What ever you do - NEVER EVER take out a Telkom mobile contract!!!! The worst service I have experience in my life - and I have had bad service in this country. It started off with a R350 debit taken off my account at the start of the contract which after 1000 phone calls and promises and almost 2 years later - was never returned to me! The current problem now is their changing of networks which does not work well in the area where I live, with the result I am unable to get or make phone calls etc which is very dangerous when one might need help in this day and age/country in which we live. I have once again been calling for feedback/help and absolutely nothing!! Beyond appalling, and I cannot wait to end this contract!!!
