Telkom Mobile bad service

Telkom is bad at Custome Service. My Telkom contract device was ****** over the weekend. I have been callkng Telkom customer care number with zero success, when I call the automated voices keeps on saying goodbye direct me to their non****ional WhatsApp line. All i need is to Blacklist my device but all their contact numbers are not going through, keeps on getting dropped. I went to Telkom Mobile at Mall of Tembisa no one could assist, they directed me to call 081180 still no help. This is bad contract business, I'm very disappointed.
