Telkom mobile bad service

<p>About 2 months ago I found out that I had been listed by telkom . This was a ********** account and reported it immediately. Went to there liberty mall branch to find out what I documentation I needed to proceed to the next level . They requested an affidavit, I'd copy and proof of residence . After handing all these documents in I was asked to call there call centre and follow up . I've been on calls for approximately 2 and a half hours a day yet still no conclusive information. I'm disgusted by the service of both the store staff and the call centre . I am willing to sue this company as I still have this on my profile after 2 and a half months. </p>
