Telkom Mobile BAD service

<p>So I app**** in 2015 for a iphone 6 contract phone with Telkom - Westgate and I went in, they said there was not stock and would let me know if my phone would be approved and when there would be stock. I never heard anything from them until I went to Telkom - Clearwater mall to apply for a contract phone 2016 a new year. I went in to apply the Monday and never heard anything from them, the wednesday I called and COULD NOT GET THROUGH, the Thursday I had to go physically into the store and when I got there the lady said she was about to call me to tell me it has been approved but there is no stock and there was a problem because I was already approved with a contract phone on another number in 2015 at Westgate branch but both of these stores never got back to me and its Tuesday the following week and I am struggling to get through to Clearwater mall over the phone. Its the worst service ever and its like False Advertising because none of their stores has i-phone 6 but they advertise and waist customers time. Pathetic service!</p>
