Telkom Mobile bad service

Please don't waste your time getting any Telkom contract. I was told I could change my number on my data contract as this best suits my needs. This was obviously so that they can make a quick sale. I got my contract yesterday and now I am sitting with a contract that I can not use.

I was told that I can only cancel my contract online but their system does not allow me to proceed if I select that it is a call centre fault.
